Terms and Conditions
Term Fees must be paid for by Week 2 of each term or lessons will be discontinued.
If your tutor can not make your scheduled lesson, a replacement tutor will be organised. If we are unable to organise an appropriate replacement and have to cancel your lessons, a credit will be issued.
Students participating in AMEB and Eisteddfods MUST use original books and under no circumstances allowed photocopies.
There is an increasing trend in the music teaching industry for parents to use photocopies of music instead of purchasing the books. THIS IS ILLEGAL, not to mention a disadvantage to students who miss out on all the additional material and pieces included in music books.
We take pride in our studio’s by providing good quality instruments for our students to learn on. We appreciate it if those attending the studio’s to respect and take care of our instruments; especially the Pianoforte Showroom Piano’s. Students and family members who wish to wait in the studio, must do so in a respectful and quiet manner for students who are in their lessons.

To work out how long your child should practice their instrument at home depends on how long the child has been learning and how old they are.
We recommend following this guideline:
AGE x YEARS LEARNING = MINUTES (3 x a week)
For example, John is 8 and has been learning for 2 years. His practice should be 16-minutes, three times a week. If you are still unsure, your tutor can provide more information.
Instruments are supplied in the Studios for your child to use throughout the lesson. You will not need to bring your instrument.
